Account & Data Deletion

HealthTracker · PALMFIRM Co., Ltd.

HealthTracker (PALMFIRM Co., Ltd.) deletes your account and all associated data upon request. You can request deletion in either of the following ways.

How to request deletion

  1. Delete in the app — Open the HealthTracker app → Settings → Account → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.
  2. Request by email — If you cannot access the app, email cs@palmfirm.com with the email address (or social login) used to sign up, stating that you request account deletion. We process the request within 7 business days after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

Upon deletion the following data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered:

Data that is retained, and additional retention period

Data typeRetention period & reason
Service usage logs / access records (access IP, etc.) Stored separately for at least 3 months after deletion, then destroyed, as required by the Protection of Communications Secrets Act and related laws. Not used to identify the member.
Other information subject to a statutory retention duty Stored separately for the period prescribed by the relevant law, then destroyed.

The Service does not offer payments, so no transaction-record retention duty applies. No data other than the items above is retained.
